Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns at this time and all products are final sale unless defective. However, if there are any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly by filling out the form above or reaching out to any of our social media platforms.
FAQ
Do you provide International delivery?
At this time we are only providing delivery to addresses inside Canada as well as the local CBRM (unless specially requested). If you are outside Canada, feel free to contact us regarding out of country shipping fees.
How do I return an item?
As mentioned above, unfortunately we are not accepting refunds at this time unless an item is defective or a customer is unsatisfied for reasons within our control.
What is your order turn around time?
We are currently able to have orders shipped out within 1-5 business days from the date of order. Please note that high traffic seasons may change this.
How do I track my order?
For all online orders, a UPS tracking number is provided as well as a link that you can actively track your order.
How can I contact your couriers?
Once your order ships, we don't have much further control over it. We suggest reaching out to the courier at the link we will provide you with for any delivery questions.
What are your delivery options?
Currently we are able to ship orders anywhere in Canada for an additional $10. This is a one time flat fee that doesn't change no matter how many additional canvases you buy!
